White pond strikes again

Well buddy finally sent me my pics from wednsdays catch at white pond. bagged a few crappie and another walleye lost one too, right at the boat. thunder storms made it interesting at times. caught everything on the same jig. double rigged though and a little faster retrieve.
sorry bout the double pic, have hard time gettin in in their right.

    nice black crappie there! we tried but managed only a few for the pan last night ..got soaked even in my rain gear before calling it quits after dark..spawns over but they still may be around and i will try another night up my haunts.

    white pond is in brewster off of 52 SOF the bass are plentiful but small
    the gills are descent sized but scattered the beds are in pockets between the weed beds and shoreline. CP's are prowling just over deeper weed beds around 6 to 10 ft deep and are pretty active though they tend to be skinny. crappies are still hanging over the deeper weed beds to especially at the mouths of coves and over points even though there are few of those trolling a jig is bringing best results. eyes are few but descent size and better early or late been taking them  trolling a spinner in line with a jig troling a couple feet behind using a barrel swival to keep the line twist out. week day best for week end is seeing a little more fishing pressure. if you want more details post me.
