Santa & I give some more Smallies sore lips

Santaman (Paul) joined me on my res boat for some good smallie action. We hit the water around 5am-ish, stuck it out until 11:00am. We lost count but know we boated over 35 for sure.


It was a beautiful morning out there, calm, warm & very peaceful.


Paul was banging them out on top water Pop-R pretty good (anybody who knows him, he loves top water !!!), he kept going back to it and it paid off for him  ... i got most of mine on flukes, tube & small rubber swimbait. They didn't like my Zara Spook.


It's always a lot of fun fishing with Paul, we're starting to get the idea where fish will be hanging out, we called a number of them before we cast ... "that spots looks fishy .... BAM , fish on" ... it was fun !!!


Nothing real big to brag about but took a few shots of the nicer ones.

That's it for this weekend ... might be time for me to head to Lunkerville, i need me some bucketmouths !!!!
