    Senyo's wiggle Stone

and a basic kaufman's stone, black or purple or black & purple  #6 or #8 with and without beads.  My friends laugh every time I tie one on, thinking that the last hundred times it worked were all flukes, then it works again, and I have the last laugh.

I second the recommendation of the Senyo Wiggle Stone.  Try it in blue or black.  You can find a tutorial for tying it at:
    http://outdoorintegration.blogspot.com/ and also at http://www.flyandfloatfishing.com/flytying/senyo_wiggle_stone/senyo_wiggle_stone.htm

Mark, your golden stone is friggin' sweet.  Would you mind telling what the wingcase & back material is?

Is there a population of those bugs (golden stones) in our Laurel Highlands streams or the Yough?  I've never seen any, but...

No super hatch, but they are a viable food source. It's an effective pattern to have in your arsenal.

The only one I've even attempted is the **** creek nymph, which I like to think I'm getting good at.  The guys from the recent swap will be better judges though.

Anyone use stones on the loyalhanna?
