    All the streams I know of that have fish ladders, you aren't aloud to fish within so many feet of them. So I wouldn't doubt it. From what I remember it's around 50-100' on the streams I fish. Don't know what it will be on 4 mile. Call the fish commish.

    I might be wrong, but isn't mid-2008 past already?
     
    I haven't seen any progress by the golf course.

    A number of issues that will require the agreement of the Golf Club must be addressed to allow the project to proceed in 2008.
     
    Apparently those issues, have not been resolved.
