I quit posting about two months ago. This thread makes me want to join back in because it went from a serious subject about racism to a post that involves bluegills in my tummy ! MMMMMM.....Bluegill.....crappie...... This website seems like it has lost it's direction. This site needs more of this - Less about our differences and more about what we have in common: FISHING!!! I honestly don't care if your racist, ignorant , a liar , thief , poacher , snagger , devil worshiper , procrastinator , or a horses rear end ! I care about fishing. Period. When I have had a good day of fishing I can't wait to hop on line and PM someone about my day. I can't wait to come home after a day of getting skunked (It happens to the best of us) and checking out what other people caught during the same day. I would like to think I have knowledge in areas that some other people may not, and I know that other people possess a lot of knowledge that I do not have. I just want a website I can go onto and share this with. To be honest, it's not like I can come home after a long day of fishing and have a long angling discussion with the ol' lady. I need somewhere to get my fishing frustrations out and talk to people that are willing to share a secret or two with me. I guarantee I will do the same in return ! This is a place to discuss fishing and hunting - buying stuff from each other at a good price on the for sale topic - talking about bow fishing (I can't believe no one replied to that forum). Does anyone else on here just want to get back to the basics ? What one thing brought us all to this forum ? I have been as guilty as any, but I would love it if this site got steered back in the direction it was intended for - Anyone else.....
