Thanks, some of you guys were killin' me with your guesses.
How someone could guess that fish was under 10lbs. is beyond me.
If some of yinz would have seen it in person, I'm sure your guesses would have been a lot different.

Beat me to it, just saw your message.

Congrats to cw.  I catch a pig and he gets the prize.  I'm sure he'll find a good recipient for the prize.
Thanks to Skip for offering up the rod n' reel.  Pretty Cool.

It's an Erie fish.  I ain't fished Paradise in quite a few years, especially since it's become more of a catfish lake from what I hear.

I was going to guess 30 but didn't want to overshoot and thought the fish might not have the length to hit 30...guess it had enough girth to make up for it.  Great job Steve on a fine looking fish!!!

Thanks.  It was a thick fish.  I thought it was a little heavier before I hung it on the scale----course I also made the comment, watch it go 29.9, before I hung it on he scale.  At least it cracked 30.
I figured bw was going to win the guessing, since he knows a thing or two about catching 30s, but......................
