lake conditions for 10/27-10/29

coming to erie on thursday morning for the weekend to do a little steelie fishing and i'm wondering if the lake will be worth even trying? if not whats working in the creeks and whats the condition of those if anyone could get back to me i would appreciate it greatly thank you

    Thursday
    Northwest winds 10 to 20 knots becoming southwest 5 to 15 knots. Mostly sunny. Waves 4 to 6 feet subsiding to 2 to 4 feet.
     
      Thursday Night Southwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Partly cloudy. Waves 2 to 4 feet building to 3 to 5 feet.     Friday Southwest winds 10 to 20 knots. Sunny. Waves 3 to 5 feet. See Lake Erie Open Lakes forecast for Saturday through Monday. The water temperature off Toledo is 46 degrees...off Cleveland 55 degrees and off Erie 54 degrees.

    thanks for the update on this weekends weather i hope i get ahold of a few may not fish lake if its going to be 2 to 4's all day probably wont produce any results

    2-4's produce just fine.  Went out 2 weeks ago and did well in the 2-4's, next day had less than 2's and couldn't catch much.  2-4's did knock us around a little though.
