Fishing this past weekend (pix)

Started out the weekend in western NY, we fished there friday and saturday.  Conditions werent as good as what I would have liked them to be...  but each of us managed to put double digits on the bank by the end of both days.  It was a mixed bag of browns, steelhead, and kings.  Alot of the kings werent "picture worthy", id say half or more were moldy...  although we did catch a few fresher fish.
 
We managed to fish around a decent group of people both days.  Other than the snaggers, the people wading where the fish usualy are, and the so called "fly fishermen" who were lining/lifting the $h1t out of salmon, it was a good time.

Sunday we decided to give the Erie tribs a shot.  We managed to land a few fish before lunch time but didn't do great.  We made a move down low in the afternoon and it paid off big time.  Landed at least over 60 between three of us from 1-5pm.
 
I will say it was nice to get back in the home state, where most of the people actualy FISH...  but hey, it is what it is I guess.
 

 

 
All in all it was a great weekend.

    Man, that one fish that is all colored up is a real beauty.  What a contrast with the chromer after it!

    Looks like u guys did great.  We were under the tresle above u all weekend.  The size of the browns are unbelieveable.

    Tim if you dont mind me asking, what worked well for you up in NY. Headin up thursday for a few days and looking to tango with browns and steelies, not so much kings but one or two would be fun.

    Nice pics.  Good job Tim.  I used to be able to fish like that when I was young.  Now just getting my waders on and off is an accomplishment.  lol

    The only thing better than 1 day of fishing is 2 days of fishing.

    Didnt really get many picturesof our trip to burt, my buddy got most on his camera, but here are two pics of me with a king and a nice brownie, fishing was pretty good, landed 4 kings and 1 brown, that were fair hooked, many of fish fought but were snagged in the face or body, but were fun to fight, all my fish were caught on peach jigs,a friend of mine did well on red, and a few were caught on egg sacs, all in all it was a great first trip to the burt except the sanggers we seen, but it was not near as bad as when we stopped at the oak. Looking to make another trip around the end of november or early december if anyone is interested.
