I'm pretty sure he's talking about rain, not damaging winds and destruction.  You had to know that.  No reason to be so dramatic.  How about a low pressure system that continues to circle NW PA with significant rainfalls lasting throughout the fall season.  Sound better?


I know what he meant, but too often people forget what these Hurricanes cause. Every year, someone gets excited about all of the rain that they push our way. We need to think of the people that are affected by these and not what they bring us(rain).
Yes it was a little dramatic, but I was trying to make a point.
