Lower Bedford County Lakes

Has anyone been over towards Gordon lake or Koon lake in Bedford county as of late.  Was wondering if the Crappie or the Trout were doing any good?  I have not fished them since last year and had a good time over there in the fall.

i heard of big bluegills being caught out of the back of coon and alot of trout when you can find them.  I never had any luck catching trout or crappie in that lake, but I really never fished for them there.  big perch on nightcrawlers too, but its like you can only catch a few per spot and they wise up.  i hear alot of the backwater at gordon but i never tried it.  how was your fall fishing last year?

Fishing in the fall was great last year but I haven't been out since.  I was hoping that someone here on the board has been down there since but, guess I will make a trip that way in the next few weeks and see what going on.
