What do I need to do/setup to send a PM?

Help...
Today I spent a few hours trying to send a PM (Private Message) in response to one I recieved.... without any luck.... so I thought it best to ask the experts.
I'm running Windows XP on a 2-year-old Dell.

    If you are using the PM function on this forum all you need to do is click on In Box.  When that comes up, click on the message  you want to reply to.  A new screen will come up and at the bottom of the screen click on the reply button, write your reply and click send.  That should do it.

    I tried that and had no luck.... waited several minutes... and still had no luck.  I must have something setup wrong?

    Could be your flash player. I have the sme issue. I can open, and read them, but not initiate, or reply to them.

    PS...
    When I clicked on Reply...  I never got a box or area to enter a reply.

    Just downloaded the latest greatest, release of Flash Player... restarted the PC... an still no luck tryiing to reply to the PM.

    Try contacting the webmaster at Webmaster@FishUSA.com.  There maybe some problem on their end.
