Bigger Bass This Year in NW PA?

there seems to me that there are a lot more bigger bass this year. Ive fished the river a few times and have caught several largemouth bass over 18inches. Ive fished wilhelm a few times and caught 3 bass that were all over 4lbs, the biggest being just over 8lbs. Maybe its just a string of luck but ive never caught a bass over 4lb at wilhelm. Might be a fun season for the old largemouth this year.
