Almost Time To Hunt G-Hogs

Just curious as to how most sponsored groundhog hunts work? Is there usually a fee for entering and about how much. I would also guess that you are trying for the heaviest hog and total weight of hogs killed that particular day. What would be the approximate weight of a large groundhog?

    The ones I have been in were by number of hogs in a day by a two man team. Side bet for the largest. 47 groundhogs was the winning number last time I entered. Shot gun start 6am. Return to site at noon and turn in chucks. Go back out till 6 pm and come back in with evenings count. What a mess at the end of the day a pick up truck loaded with blown up chucks..Sure was fun..
