jelly wrap

jelly wrap and larva lace ties up some sweet looking caddis and stone nymphs what else have you tied with it im just starting to use it  i  ordered more than than i guess i can use on caddis and nymphs and looking for new ideas

any day of fishing is a gift

    Its too thick for my taste, makes the flies way to bulky. I use it but not often and if I do, its in the midge size. You can use it for the body of any nymph. It comes in a bazillion colors.

    I like the spirit river jelly rope in the smaller sizes. It does make a nice caddis larva. All you need is the jelly rope, and a black bead.

    What is a good web site that has the jelly rope in a lot of colors bc everywhere I have looked there is a minimal selection. Thanks

    Yep!  If you wrap it with grizzly hackle, you'll hammer them.
