9.9/15 H.P. Evinrude '96 20" Shaft

For Sale:  1996 Evinrude 9.9 with the 15 h.p. upgrade.  This motor is an electric/key start 2 stroke with a 20" shaft.  I am asking $900 for the motor and throttle controls.  If you have any questions or would like to see more pictures let me know.

    would you happen to know how long the cables are?

    Better too far back, than too far forward.

    I can find out for you this weekend.  I will be taking the motor off my boat.  If it helps, I have an 18' boat with a 91" beam.  The motor is on the port side so the cables run across the transom and up the side to my console.  Something tells me we had to double the cables back in a loop in the gunnel to take up some of the length, but I could be wrong on that.

    I measured the cables today and they are just over 12 feet.
