I own a couple of the 230 series. Nice reels, small and light in weight w/ lots of line capacity. Normally to find the same line cap. you have to go to a surf rod reel. Buy them on ebay if you looking for some, better pricing.

They caught my eye too. I was wondering if they were any good. Looks like they would be nice for throwing spoons for steelhead. Do they make a size that would balance good on a noodle rod?

Here's their site, w/ info on weight. It may be worth wide to compare them to your other known reels that you own. http://www.usreel.com/products/SXseries.aspx
