ALL DONE!!!! And in case your wondering, no, I dont have a life. You caught me in caddis tying mode, got about 3 dozen more larvae to do for me and my brother and some emergers for my brother thats all I do at night. Being about ten minutes from the shenango river which has an amazingly large caddis hatch I tie mostly caddis.

Although I just started tying, I may be interested. I don't want to commit just yet, though. My work schedule may get hectic soon. If I decide to, I'll do a pheasant tail emerger. I'll let you know by the end of the week or beginning of next.

flyrod, if one wing is longer than the other it's ok to trim it at the same angles. just to let you know though, on dries if the wings aren't even on the hook, left-right, they will spin in the air and twist your line. this is what i experienced,
i don't put wings on my dry flies #16 or smaller, besides it's a pain and i still catch trout. if i do want a siluette of a wing i'll add some poly standing up inside the hackle but don't split it. ~dt
