New Erie County reassessment

I read in the paper earlier this week the Erie County is doing anther
County reassessment. I think a few letters, to the east and west county Commissioners should be made on the topic of stream leasing by the Spring Ridge Club and others. IMO the assessment should take into account the $800 a day fee this club and Logan Outfitters charge to fish these properties. I know I'll be writing a letter.

    The amount that DB charges would not be a consideration. The amount paid to the landowner for the lease MIGHT, but not likely. Acreage, zoning, developement, and to some degree location would would be the factors. Although stream frontage may also be considered.
