Thermocline

Anyone have recent bottom temps for the deeper water off the point or North East? Haven’t had my boat out in almost a month thanks to engine troubles but it should finally be good to go this weekend. Wondering if there’s cold enough temps down low to start finding Steelhead plus the random Salmon or Laker. Thanks in advance.

    Not sure of the bottom temps but we did run into a few steelhead mixed in with the eyes in 70-80 ft off the point this past weekend. I think the deepest we had the fish hawk was 40 foot and the temp was around 55 degrees.

    Thanks for the info! Time to start pulling some orange and red stuff for silver bullets!

    I have been, and will mainly be after them for the rest of the summer. But I do like to get in some Traht action every once in awhile too! Already put 8#, 9#, 9.5#, and 10# Drum in the boat last month, aiming for that 20# state record now!
