Rain Totals...what is best site?

Hi, I am looking for suggestions about the best places to get total accurate rain totals for the past couple hours, day and days.  Do you have a suggestion.  I have looked a lot over the years and don't really find much.

Along the Erie coast rainfall totals can differ from east to west as well as north or south of I90

This is about as good as I've found, but as you noted, rainfall at the Erie airport can vary pretty significantly from what the headwaters of Elk Creek or 20 Mile gets.

My suggestion is to watch the gauges.  They do not give you a measurement of rain fall but they do show the rise and drop of the water levels.  The water levels are more important to me...

Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day. Teach him how to fish and he will sit in a boat and drink beer all day.
