Are we still allowed to post pics of steelhead here?
Been a long time since I've seen a good old picture thread of some steelhead. Made me wonder if I missed a new rule somewhere that we're not allowed to post steelhead pics anymore.
Anyway, took a couple of knuckleheads to Erie yesterday. A Columbus Day tradition for my boys and I.
Dirty water on Elk and Walnut but flows were manageable. The new gladiator arena on Walnut was packed, with lots of action for everybody. Where we fished on Elk was pretty lonely, except for the very generous guy that let my kids share his drift where the fish were holding, and handed his rod off to my little guy a few times. They each tangled with enough to make it a fun day, and landed a few beauties.

great pics yep good ole days of pics lol good job rsquared keep them interested my teenagers are got them into it when they were about 12 now they can drive me lol

That's what fishing is all about! Great pictures! Who do you think got hooked more, the fish or the boys? Bet I can guess what they'll be doing 50 years from now!
