A party that believes this, among other ridiculous ideas is right?

If you are referring to democrats, the answer is simply “no”. That particular issue is not a major concern to most D voters, nor is it a big issue for any of the major candidates in the D primary.

Conservative media outlets will shift attention to divisive social issues like this in order to distract voters from debates about real issues (like how americans need better access to affordable education and healthcare). Simple as that.

I'd be interested to learn how the left thinks,

1) I’m not sure that poster you’re addressing here qualifies as the “the left”
2) If you are serious, I’d be glad to talk about it.

MyWar is affordable health care and education your concern?

Hell that's easy, put restrictions in place controling cost for educational supplies, housing, food, and lets look at wages from the top down. As for health care, pretty much the same but include cost for prescriptions and other medications.

The key word being "restrictions".

Heck, you should spend more time lobbying against the Democrats & RINOs refusing to work with this President who, in fact, is wanting "affordable" health care and proper education.

Learn to see the forest for the trees and see what you wish to see. It's as plan as the nose on your face, your dream of "affordable" is in the very near future, but only obtainable after, Trump Drains The Swamp.

Provided, your not confusing "affordable" with free, free..... freeeee.

Didja see the Big Ghey Alphabet Soup town hall CNN had a few weeks ago, and how hard these clowns are fighting to take hold of the rainbow flag and see which one can wave it the highest?

All those letters go together now - LGBTQ + the flavor of the day.  P for Pedophile will be next I bet.  You wave the flag for one of those letters, you wave it for all of 'em.  Just how it is these days.  These clowns can't wait to embrace the next marginalized group identified by intersectionality and critical theory that Big Ghey tells them to embrace and subsequently tell all Americans that we must bend over backwards to accommodate their every desire too.  They will finish what Obama started with his hideous edict of turning restrooms and locker rooms in American schools into laboratories for gender and sexual experimentation, and threatening that schools would lose federal funding if they didn't comply.  It's sick and depraved and I guaran-dang-tee ya every last one of those candidates with a D next to their names believe it's a big deal.

Probably been about 100 pages since I added anything here, so as I've stated before I reluctantly voted for Trump in 2016.  It wouldn't take much to get me to vote for somebody other than him in 2020.  A candidate that doesn't know the difference between a boy and a girl because he or she doesn't understand natural law and reason is a big non-starter for me.

I am completely supportive of equal rights for all, regardless of preference.  This goes well beyond that though.  This is left wing radicalism, which many of the Democratic party are definitely pandering to.  Just as the Republicans pander to the far right.  There doesn't seem to be a viable option for those of us in the middle.

If we have to have this conversation, it actually sounds like you are not as supportive as you say you are.

Also, who the hell cares? This issue doesn’t affect me one way or the other, and I doubt it affects you or anybody else reading this.

Don't get me wrong.  I do feel for the transgender people in this world.  I wouldn't wish their identity struggle on anyone.  Just as I wouldn't wish any severe mental illness on anyone.

I am not 100% sure how I feel about the bathroom debate.  That is rough, especially in a public school, where that kid is likely tormented on a daily basis.  I would imagine in public, most transgenders just use the bathroom they currently physically are, and likely do so discreetly.  In a public school, I would have to imagine that it would be completely awkward for anyone in that school, if a person that looks like a boy and acts like a boy, to be forced to use a girls room, if they were born as a girl.  Most modern buildings have the "family" bathroom with one toilet and one sink.  I see no reason to not have one of those included in any new school.  Most likely, there are faculty bathrooms in older buildings that those kids could us, or be escorted to the bathroom by a teacher, to be in private.

Having a person born as a boy, competing in girls sports is just flat out physiologically unfair to girls that work their rears off.

Where in HR5 is the women’s sports section?

What I do see in HR5 is legal protection against discrimination for things like employment, housing, lending/credit, the right to a fair trial, etc... (plus the banning of conversion therapy).

I realize that Fox News and Breitbart want you to believe otherwise, but forcing women’s sports to allow men is not a goal for Democratic lawmakers, nor is it even a major concern among most LGBT+ advocates.

Republicans are pushing bathroom laws. Democrats are pushing for laws that protect economic rights for marginalized people. Do you see the difference?

Then how did it happen?  Because, it did happen.  It isn't the right wing media mouths making it up.  There are multiple stories of transgender athletes being reported by main stream media.  This just happened to be the first at NCAA D1.  I personally first heard about it on Bleacher Report article from John Staegerwald.

The IOC seems to have a system in place to include, test, etc.  But that is just testing testosterone levels.  Larger muscles, larger heart, larger lungs, and other physiological advantages of men in sport, are still present post conversion.  I wouldn't want to ban anyone from competing, but I can't see how anyone could think this is fair?  Those right wing media sources sounded the alarm when the bill was going through.  Why wouldn't the Dems amend the bill, to address?  My thought, is like usual, they are pandering to their far left.  Just as Trump and the others pander to Neo-Nazis and other parts of the far right.

Read through some of the 286 pages on here.  I doubt you would confuse me with any far right media sponge if you read 1/10th of my comments.

I lean left on some issues and right on others.  I would hope that anyone that thinks for themselves would be the same as well, and not just follow party lines of either of these corrupt parties.

I dunno, blame the NCAA? It didn’t happen because of HR5 because that bill didn’t make it pass the Senate (and even if it became law, HR5 doesn’t address women’s sports).

Deciding whether men can compete in women’s sports is not the job of the federal government. The governing body that makes the rules for that particular league can decide.

But I guarantee you, none of the candidates running for the democratic nomination are running on a “Men must be allowed to compete in women’s sports!!” platform.

😅☺😂 Maybe not what the Dems want but watch what would happen if a republican or another dem, for that matter, speaks out against it.

Pelosi, Schumer, Waters, and that line up of dem presidential candidates would be hurling the "HomoPhobic" card by the box car full.

Playing the "HomoPhobic" (or any other card) for political agenda's is the leading cause of division.

On another note, I should like to attest for Pork as he has voiced his opinion on both sides of the table.

Now they are gonna vote on an open impeachment process and start all over again.
Draggin it out till they hopefully find something ??
Seems the first try didn't go so well lol..
Oops guess this was the second try after all that Russia carp and now its gonna be #3.

I don’t know. Those are extremely complicated issues with no simple solutions, and I don’t pretend to have the answers.

As a voter it’s not my job to craft public policy, it’s my job to vote for lawmakers who appear best able to deal with these issues.

But I can tell the difference between a party that is actively looking for solutions to a problem, and a party that is not.

Oh, sure, vote burn and ruin the results for me.

I was on the way home from work last evening, sitting at a red light for more than a few minutes, when some dipstick, who was both high and drunk, slammed into me from behind. Witnesses said he never even attempted to brake, although he tried to run once and was stopped by bystanders and tried to drive away twice, but his car was not capable.

I was not injured, but my 2019 Equinox was pretty damaged.

Anyhow, by the time the police arrived, did field sobriety tests (he couldn’t even walk 5 feet without grabbing onto something), wrote reports, arrested him, towed my vehicle, had my wife pick me up, got home, called the insurance company, and checked out the guy’s rap sheet (his current docket shows 15 felony counts, which was the plea down from more as he is awaiting sentencing), it was after 10:00.

We watched the individual dances (I record the show), but opted for bed before the team dances, figuring we would watch the results today.

After Sean’s dance and the comments, I thought for sure he was out (as he probably should be), but was looking forward to watching the results.

But no, now I know he stays. LOL.

I won’t tell my wife.

😲 Dam DarDy you really know how to make a guy feel bad. Mad me sick 🤢 reading your story of the collision. Certainly happy no injuries to you.

Sorry about the 'voteburn' too but in my defense, it is to blame the "Dish" network Flex Pack. It doesn't include ESPN so we couldn't watch the Steelers.

Missed a good game too, Stupid Flex Pack.

Yes, we can get ESPN and no that ain't happening. Just our luck Stiilers played on a Monday night but hey, the costumes were pretty nifty. Sean made a perfect character (no spotburn) and dances just like the guy too.

Glad you're OK.

If "anyone" needs further proof of just how anti-America most of the news media networks are, you only need to watch their preliminary coverage on the killing of the leader of ISIS.

Of course, today we begin seeing retractions of "first headlines" but that's the way these coward news agency's operate.

Need an example of promoting division, hate & discontent within our country, try watching Joy (Joy🤔) Behar, Whoopi Goldberg, Racheal Maddow, Don Lemon etc... if ya can stomach such hate.

I can't speak for MSNBC, but I have watched CNN since that raid.  I have no idea what you are talking about with martyr thing?  The only "negative" thing that I have heard from any outlet, was about Trump's self sensationalizing that al-Baghdadi was a much more important kill than Osama Bin Laden.  Which is insane to even compare the two, and even more insane to think a guy responsible for the worst attack on American soil and #1 most wanted man in the world for 20 years, was some sort of "whatever".  Every report that I have seen gives him credit for giving the green light.  Are you saying that it is disrespectful that they are giving credit to the special forces and intelligence agencies for doing the actual work?  I don't think it will be very long before Trump will start announcing that he did all of the work.  I'd say within a month, he will say something to that affect.

No Pork, I'm not upset with special forces or intell. getting credit and should like to remind you, as you did recently to others, read my past post and see I have always been supportive of those "keeping America free" and giving credit where credit is due.

Now, regarding the following comment by you.....

"Trump's self sensationalizing that al-Baghdadi was a much more important kill than Osama Bin Laden. Which is insane to even compare the two, and even more insane to think a guy responsible for the worst attack on American soil and #1 most wanted man in the world for 20 years, was some sort of....."

Ever hear Bill Clinton talk of how he could have had Bin Laden taken out... but didn't? BTW.... where was intell before the attacks and what was the intell when "W" needed honest reliable info and while we're at it, wasn't it Ted Kennedy who led the fight against using "profiling" preventing intell using it as a means to "keep America safe"?

Then there is Clapper, Brennan, Comey, Mueller, and what was that story about "Fast & Furious"? Nope, why would anyone ever question past US Intell Agencies?

I don't know when you started watching the media coverage of Baghdadi but I know what I saw and it's the same old style of stab and apologise.

As for Trump taking credit, he should, it was during his watch.

P.S. Hows the fishing, able to get out?
