Regs changes

For some reason HT's message re the changes will not open for me.  Please respond here and post the link again.
 
It looks like from what I could see without the link they are making the 5 per day no more than 2> 12" trout limit statewide, which really sux if you are a pond brook trout fisherman!

    No worries,
    I was focusing on the invasives in lakes as it pertains to launching a boat..
    It seems they are starting to get more strict like Lake George.
    It will be a disaster at launches
