Ice of the non-fishing variety






We've had a blast, hiking to frozen waterfalls lately, one on a shelter where we stayed for New Year's. miles from the nearest human on Mt. Greylock, Mass. . Some local falls visited  and Shelving Rock Falls which ironically is very frozen while Lake George 1/4 mile downstream is still open. I love the pic of Nancy standing inside what must be a 200 year old Maple hollowed into a hobbit house.
Hope all find what is fun for them, whether it is fishing or not. I'll get out to the river sooner or later, not a pressing desire at the moment.

    Looks like a good time. I'm swapped at work till mid February after that we'll get out there and raise some hell.
