Chagrin River

I have never fished an Ohio trib for steelhead before but will be in the Mentor area in mid-November. I was wondering if anyone here could provide some assistance? Specifically regarding ideal water levels, flow rates etc so I can compare to the gauges. Should my approach be similar to the PA Tribs ( I use a fly rod and swing buggers or dead drift nymphs and eggs) Looking at the DNR site, I'm planning on starting at the soccer fields and working toward the lake. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
