Shenango pulling docks

The restrooms in the Clark, Mahaney and Shenango Day-Use areas are closed for the season. The boat docks at these three areas are tentatively scheduled to be pulled for the season on Monday, Oct. 20 (the boat launches will still be open)

I can not give any catch reports...been so darn busy. Who ever said retirement was your golden years have no idea...lol Rap if you go hit the points and drop offs. Years past I always did well this time of year. Also you may want to jig the outflow of the dam. The eyes like to make a fall run there.

Crappie bite still happening...... Surface temp. 61'.
Found some nice Black Crappies in 20 fow and a few White Crappie in 12 fow. Other boats reporting 'fish in the box'.

Crappies are still biting. Fished all day. Caught over 100. Put 30 in the cooler. 15 over 11" and the rest are 10 and 11"er's. They hit every color jig i used. Some were deep but most were close to shore in the deadfalls. Water temp is 48*. Quite a few boats out today too.
