Houston we may have a problem

We made some of the fish that I roped a few weeks ago and my wife liked it.   She kept on saying it was high in Omega 3 or something like that.  She thought it would taste like the mudsharks, real fishy, she was pleasantly surprised.  Myself I think it was not bad and would taste better on the grill.     We eat fish once a week  and with the cost of it in the store , I may have to go outside my comfort  of the zone and get another before they are gone.   Oh the misery I will endure having to go fishing to put food on the table............

    Clint,  If you factor in the monies and time spent on you new found craft you might find that it is far more expensive per pound than going to the local fish monger.
