A question for all the Rod builder/repair gurus.

How can I repair the second line guide from the tip?

I have a rod that I love and have had for years, but the ceramic around the line guide broke off. The tip guide did the same and I just used a heat gun to take it off, but I don't think that will work for the guides that are finished into the rod.

What should I do?
Thanks in advance!
