9/25/13

Went up today planning to go with a friend and possible meet up with Jack.  Well one of those happened.   My buddy called this AM to let me know his brother in law called and wanted to go with us today.  His BIL said he skipped work because he did not have money for gas to get there.  Kind of an oxymoron right????   Well he is the later, a moron.   I have told my buddy in the past I refuse to fish with his BIL due to the fact that he is worse than the worse ****hole fishhead.   Anytime he even thinks you are fishing to something he will run down and rip away at it.   He does not even attempt to fish.  The straw that broke me a while back  was  we were fishing in a trib  and I went one way and they went another.  All was fine until I saw a monster steel.  I fished to it for a few casts  trying to lead line to it from upstream.   Next thing I know he tromps through the woods lays eyes on the fish and in one cast rips into it in the dorsal fin.  I refuse to let him use my net to net it and to make matters worse he  lands it and keeps it.   It weighted almost 18lbs.  Never will go with him again.  My buddy is the type of guy who will never say anything and will never say no because does not want to hurt his feelings (or get his wife mad).

Enough with this rant.   Snaggers were out in FULL FORCE in the LFZ  when I checked there.   I was able to play with a few , but could not land any.  Met Jack walking out and we had a nice talk for a bit.   Came home and got in a some more wood.   3 more loads and I will be done with that.  Hoping I can get backup on Sunday and actually share some water with Jack.
