Hi everyone I know this is an old post but I'm looking for some info on 10mile creek near waynesburg. My family used to own some land there back in the late 1790s and I'm trying to dig up some info on it. As far as I know they built a mill on 10mile creek in 1796 and in 1802 the commonwealth of Pennsylvania passed an act that made it a highway up to my family's mill. If anyone has anything they could share I would love to hear about it. Thank you

Reese's Mill on Browns Creek?  It is the northern tributary to the South Branch of 10 Mile that spurs north out of Bucktown/West-Waynesburg.  About 4 miles north on route 18, it is on the other side of the railroad tracks near a pull off.  The dam is still sort of there.  If you look up "Greene County Pa Time Capsule" on Facebook, they had a picture of it posted 8/18/16.  I hope this helps.  I am unaware of any mills further out toward Rogersville on 10 mile, although I probably wrong, there were mills everywhere back in those days.
