2 newer Cooper 235/70/r16 rear tires.. only about 20 miles on them

Dad bought these to pass inspection.. The truck wouldn't pass and he is stuck with them now. He paid 370 and only wants 150.. Must bring your old tires and rims to flip so he still has tires on his truck for when it is scrapped.. I can email/text pics no problem.. 724 331 5011.. Ed
