what is up with the petition to eliminate the lake erie stamp

    A Lake Erie Permit (or Combination Trout-Salmon Stamp/Lake Erie Permit) is also needed to fish for trout, salmon and steelhead in Lake Erie and its tributaries.

    thats only if you fish from a boat. if you fish the creeks you just need a trout stamp

    LAKE ERIE PERMIT
    All anglers fishing Pennsylvania waters of Lake Erie, Presque Isle Bay and their tributaries, including waters that flow into those tributaries, are required to possess a valid Lake Erie permit or Combination Trout/Salmon/Lake Erie permit. See Lake Erie and tributary regulations for a list of main tributaries that require a permit.
     
    A basic trout stamp will not cover the creeks

    all the info is at the petition...allocating monies to rojects and future use of the revenue...easy decision for me to sigjn.

    Can somone please give us any info on where the money is going that is not intended for its use?  I will not be up anytime soon and would like to know what , if any, misuse of the funds is going on.  Thank you in advance.
