technology sucks!

Well was suppose to meet Dime at 830 in the pineville lot but the great cell service didnt give Dime my message till 1130 to meet me in the lot at 830 and I called at 630.  So about 850 I drove to altmar thinking maybe we got our lots confused, spin thru lower fly zone launch and headed back towards pineville. Driving past elliscove lot I see this big dude standing by the crapper and say to myself this looks like a cool dude to fish with, wing on in and open my door and say wanna float, guy looks at me straight faced for a minute and says I dont know my buddys in the crapper. Now its 9 and these guys gotto leave by 1 so we decide lets do it, I said we would blow the top half of the river try and get ahead of the boats and just have some fun and hopefully hit some chrome. We drifted a couple different colored beads with no success and at the head of the bovines I handed them the plug rods and said these have been cold but [link=mailto:f@#K]f@#K[/link] it lets try them, well didnt even get all 4 out and a smack down, took another 20 yards below that one. Down to the root and smashed a slob that jumped 6 times once at least 5 feet out of the water then found the log jambs on the left side and see ya. I rowed back to the top of the root and we took two more out of there and one above pinnball alley and one below it. Two really good dudes and we had a blast, thats what its all about. Tight lines 3

Although I'm a couple of months past my 59th birthday I'm still a kid at heart.

Keep this up, there may be some room in the fly zones yet.

believe it or not its hard to find guys to fish with this time of year, stealheaders are a different breed we love the cold rain and snow, at least I do. I wanted to fish friday and saturday also but everyone was busy or new it would be nasty. Its a sickness we have, a wonderful sickness and friday couldnt get here fast enough!

Yes technology may suck for some but sure kicks butt for others..
