I had a slow day at work so I decided to tune in to Uncle Johns webcam.And I watched a few guys clearly snagging fish.Gotta love it!

I'm going to start carrying large zip ties in my vest and when I see someone snagging fish,Im going to make a citizens arrest and zip tie their arms to a tree and call the fish cops. Snaggers beware!

With the snagging hooks that those guys use, they could hack themselves right out of your zip ties.

with a shotty low bandwith webcam 200ft away in a tree.. that refreshes every 2 mins in a small browser window... its amazing you can watch and make out " a few guys clearly snagging fish"

I have the software on my computer at work to record the live feed and save it in a file.Then I have a program that puts shotty video feed in high resolution and CLEARLY watch guys snagging fish and putting them on a yellow rope.I am employed by a video surveillance company.

^^^...another genuine lol....come on man, there are 4 cams, 2 dont give up fish...ever...the other is too far away, cept to count people. The only cam that could possibly show snaggers is the one facing the stone wall...and then...no...you did NOT see anyone snagging feesh. / shakes head and lolz.

If you can save it onto a file, you should be able to upload it to Youtube. Then post the link here and the problem will be solved. I'm not saying you did or you didn't. I'm just suggesting a very sensible way to prove your point. Personally, I'd love to see a video like that. It would be cool to be able to watch a higher resolution streaming video of people fishing at Elk. I'm sure the technology is out there to do exactly what you are saying that you do. Post the vid. It would be interesting.

The video feed that I was watching was the camera recording the stone wall.I wish I could copy it to you tube,but our systems will not allow us to do so for confidentialality and security purposes.I can't even email my desktop at home from work.You all can believe what you want,but saw what I saw.I really wish I could share with you but we are strictly regulated on what we can do. KEEP ON SNAGGIN' !

http://www.unclejohnselkcreekcamp.com/webcam/ works for me on IE and Chrome.....Chrome being my goto.

so you can use your fancy topsecret spy machine to watch webvideo feeds of the worlds best fishing river... then send videofeed through a data enchancing program but cant send an email? hard copy?

Idk, my work must be blocking it somehow even though I can still view streaming you tube videos and most other news site videos. I've had the webcam window open in both IE and Firefox for well over 20 minutes and the split cam screen just keeps flashing every 20 seconds or so and displaying a broken image with a red x. But i can still see the rest of the page with the sponsors and everything. Last night I tried it from home around 9pm and it came right up instantly. They must loop the feed from that day during the night, because it was still daylight on the cams at 9pm.
