    i predict that the dsr will say it was another great day of fishing with a mixed bag of steel, browns, kings and hos.....and that there are huge numbers of fish still waiting in the estuary to move up
     
    i also predict that clint will get some eggs the next time he is up
     
    and that some one in the next week will complain about the russian snaggers
     
    more over i predict it will rain in the next week bringing in a fresh run of kings to the lower river, and that there will be many fish on the redds when i go up in a week

    2B, can you tell me when to change out of the safe stocks and get risky? I can predict in the next few words I'll say nice piece of chrome.
    At least that you can take to the bank.
    I predict  stepping in a rotting  pile  in  slow water will make some extremely hungover snagger lose his  breakfast burrito.

    too late bear.
    i had to literally kick kings with my foot to cross the river this morning.
    They're starting to get pretty white in spots so they will be easy pickings for the looker hookers.
    I haven't seen this many kings in the area since joe barberused to drive a schoolbus of clients there and have 1 or 2 local "guides" running up and down river snagging and handing for the ones that were to incompetent  to snag them themselves.

    fichy still not corpses piling up.
    lots of individuals.
    2s and 3s in the soft waters.
    it will happen soon.
    saw my first dead larry mid river.
    maybe we'll get a run of lakers the way things are going this year.

    I'm going to hold off on trying to squeeze in a sr trip, I don't feel like driving so far, it is too far a drive to go it alone, especially with the cost of gas at record highs. Just too expensive and not to mention the hassle finding vacancy during the busy salmon run season. Maybe after the salmon season but doubtful. I will fish down here and be happy all the same. cheers
