HATCHERY CHINOOK

ARE IN ABUNDANCE!!!


and the whole river is holding fish from top to bottom. The traveling circus is in town for sure...gonna maybe try my luck during the week next week...

    I'm heading up on the 3rd and, the fishing should be good.  I'm hoping the water flow is not extream and, I'm hoping all the folks who can't respect people fishing stay home.  It gets a little old putting up with all those who feel "your spot" now belongs to them and, they attach themselves to you like a leech.  I appreciate DEC doing their job on the river!  I have seen groups of 20 or more lined up and casting their rods like "bullwhips" trying to snag fish.  Removing them from the river will not hurt my feelings and, I don't feel sorry for them when they're caught.
