Linesville- Murder's Row

Does anyone know when the propagation area by the causeway in Linesville is open for that special hunt?
In the old days it used to be known as murder's row- name states it all
This is the hunt for selected archery and muzzelloader hunts.
Thanks for the help in advance/

They no longer hold the hunts during any open season due to what happened a few years ago.
DT is correct they had 1 on Dec.20th the other will be on the Sat. after muzzleloader season ends.

    Creel,
You have to pick up an application at the management building, fill it out and hope for the best. Apps. are usually ready by mid Oct.

Years of a hord of people would congregate by the wire and wait for the geese to come up off the perserve.. The shooting would not stop yill the feathers hit the ground. If you retreaved it , it was usually hammered.

I hunted it once years ago. When the geese came out of the safe area there were so many shots fired there was no way to determine who hit it. It was a matter of who the bird fell closest to or who was the fastest runner. Wasn't my kind of hunting, I never went back.
