ARE THE COHOES COMING???

Guys, its great to see the reports and pics from the last week... sounds like a lot of you giys are enjoying the season and its good to see some screen names that i havent seen in a while...

Now, just checked the port before last light... with a steady west wind blowing upstream and a broken dark grey sky with cracks of hot pink/orange sunset braking through, the water appeared to be swollen with fish...SMALLER FISH THAT IS!!!! many were doing complete aerial jumps straight out of the water... could this be our LARGE RUN of cohoes finally??? Just in time for the traveling circus to leave for the weekend??? I guess we'll see ;)

On the other hand, hatchery is filling up with cohoes and kings.... the hatchery kings should start showing up real soon... also, a lot of heavy downpours the past few days and chilly temps today... the water is cooling very nicely....even spawning fish in the river for a week or so now..

ENJOY IT BOYS

Did not see many Ho's today, but saw some  king pairs setting up on beds.  May try to get out tomorrow if possible.

It's a long and not so nice story.   Our new mod is unnamed and it is better that way.

Not sure but I did go to the hachery and there are already some there so my guess is you will find them throughout the river.
