Lower Fly Zone

Have they closed the Lower Fly Zone? What is the reason?

    I read here that the dec closed it till october 31 because of not enough stream flow and as Tuna pointed out not enough h2o to sustain so many fish stacking up to run. I think it is a good idea myself giving the fish a chance to spread out  without stressing them in the lower with an army of thashers. lol it is funny.. poor dang fish.. i could see a funny cartoon "2012 on the SR" LOL
