I have sent both pages out to about 50 places so far through the mail and plan on sending out 50 more this weekend! BUT you know how a face to face exchange is over something being in the mail! The Classic fly plate seemed to be appreciated so I thought I would tie up a bunch of Deer Hair patterns. Its a start with more to come, is there an interest in me making more for the event? Bruce Derington

Those of you that are donating prizes, food and giveaways...... Please PM Me with what you are donating! I would like to recognize those that really makes this thing happen! I will be leaving for NY on Oct 22nd so please let me know a few days before hand! Donations have been really scarce as far as companies getting back to me! I am hoping that the last minute donations will be coming in! I need a contact for Fish USA! So far my emails have come up with empty replies there! Also, That Fishing Liquidation store up in Erie! Have not been able to talk with them yet! Ladies and Gentlemen,
IF POSSIBLE......
I would like to ask those that are participating to tie up 5 to 10 extra flies (all the same Flies) to give away as prizes.
I always thought that the flies that are tied by others are always a great part of this event as it gives others some ideas or different varieties of tying a pattern to look at.
So if possible, please tie a few extras so we can give away 5 or so flies to each participant of the event!
(we can mix up the patterns once we collect them all in the morning)
Just a nice sharing thought !

Frisco thank u for organizing this great event. I noticed your comment about about not alot of prizes being donated. Im just speaking for myself here, but i don't really care about prizes. Fishing and hanging out with other peeps from this board is why i come back every year. So don't stress about making sure you have everything organized and everybody goes home with "enough", it will be a great day regardless. Thanks,

Ok Guys and Gals,
I have to get a count on things prior to the one fly!
First,
If any of the Erie locals that are attending have a GRILL we can use at the pavilion on Saturday, WE Need One!
Second,
If you are bringing food (and please everyone do by the way):
Please throw a reply on here and list what you are bringing.
I just want to make sure we have Condiments and buns for the burgers if you know what I mean....
So please post and list anything you are bringing!
Third,
If you are attending the Night Before at Crawley's, Please post on here!
Ginger would like to get an idea of how many to expect!
Fourth,
I will be hanging around at the pavilion at Folley's on Friday from 1-5 so if you want to stop by and drop anything off We will be there!
Fifth,
I will be up in New York trying to catch some Salmon to cook/smoke up for the One Fly!
If anyone needs to contact me after Monday, Call or text me on my Cell Phone: 412-691-1434! I am going straight from NY to Erie!
Sixth,
Remember that everyone must stop by the Pavillion at Foleys End Campground Saturday Morning from 5-6 AM and get signed up/signed In before they can be a part of the event! (we need to get the teams grouped up and your tally cards given to you!)
Seventh,
If you are not sure what to bring or make, just bring something to share beside your fishing stories!
