I WAS THERE AROUND NOON BUT DON'T REMEMBER ANY JUMPING IN FRONT OF ME. I WAS OUTSIDE TALKING TO BRIAN WHILE HE WRAPPED FISH. I KILL ONE ONCE IN A WHILE TO TRADE FOR SMOKED. I'LL HAVE TO DRIVE OVER TO THE WEST SIDE STORE A COUPLE OF TIMES NEXT YEAR. I'LL PAY FOR THE SMOKED FISH BUT YOU COULDN'T PAY ME TO STOP AT WALNUT. MEANWHILE, THE GUYS FROM PRE WILL BE AT PRW NEXT YEAR, NEXT WEEK PROBABLY.

I'll miss POOR RICHARDS EAST. I've been stopping there for 6-7 years, never had any problems with Brian. I always thought he was honest and helpful.

We just all need to respect each other! okay some people didn't like the guy so be it! Others loved him so be it! But there is no reason why anyone should trash anyone maybe he has somethings going on in his personal life. Any time in PR East they were more than accomidating. Always had fun w/Brian (joking and so on). Always got reliable info any time I called or stopped in. Sorry to see you go Brian. Know you'd rather be on hard water than a bait shop floor any day. Dave

That's just like any bait shop you go too. There are the ones that treat you with the most up respect and like your a king. And there are other that treat you like you just got out of prison like your going to rob them blind. I deal with more west side then east side, i won't trash anyones name here but the one shop on the west side treated me like i was a junkie looking for my next rock. I mean they treated me very,very, poorly. I mean everywhere i went which wasn't far so small to Begin with they was watching me like a hawk getting ready to steal a chippy, Sorry but after i didn't and paid 300 and some change the had the nerve to ask me to come back now. Yeah okay. But the other bait shop when i went there treated me like a king. they have my business hands down. But i guess that's anywhere you go auto parts store etc,,,, it's half one dozen or the other,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,Centerpin_drift

OK,,, THAT'S ENOUGH OF THAT PA. STUFF !!
ALL I WANT FOR OUR NEW YEAR IS A REAL BAIT & TACKLE SHOP, JUST LIKE "PRW", IN THE ASHTABULA/Geneva AREA. THERE ARE HUNDREDS OF US (FISHERMEN) TRAVELING UP RT.11 AND HEADING EAST & WEST ! THE BEST/only/close PLACE, ON THE WAY, TO SHOP IS rt305 BAIT SHOP at MOSQUITO, at least they always have bait. Sorry that the bait shop at the ASH BOAT RAMP "BLEW IT" They NEVER HAD BAIT ! AND THE ONE AT THE "ARU" IS NEVER OPEN. THANK GOD FOR POOR RICHARDS !!!

Dot and Gary at PR are good, righteous folks. Always helpful, always patient and always back up what they sell.
A 10% discount for PSA members is an added bonus, that has saved me quite a few bucks over the years.
Even when I fish the eastside, I always stop and shop at PR West.
In real-estate it's location, location, location. In retail it's attitude, service, sales.
PR West gets my vote for #1 bait/tackle shop on the Erie tribs.
