If your talking about the reservoir I was up 2 weeks ago and it was about 5 feet low for this time of year.  At about mid Augusts levels.  With only one decent rain I am sure it is lower yet today.

Havent been up in a coupla weeks and may not for another week- Thats a long time away for me.
Its been raining  here in Ct for a coupla weeks on and off and we just got back from a few days of golf and eating binges in the Catskills and it rained there quite a bit too.
The radar and weather reports kinda say the Pulaski area has had a chance for storms now and again but would like a report of actual rain or not- Was drier than dry a coupa weeks ago at my place in Richland. Was gettin concerned bout Forrest Fire dangers- was dry as a tinderbox in my woods.

We got a few decent soakings.  Did not look at the totals, but all 3 left puddles in the end of my drive and that is something I have not seen in a while

I just saw the deficits for the state, Syracuse is still down just over 4" however Watertown is down only about 1.5" of rain. So split difference or whatever, but the showers have been picking away at it and this whole week has off and on showers/storms in the forecast. I think we'll be fine by the time those big ol sharks come in.

Today the weather.com has as their headline "The Tropics awaken".
Finally the tropical depressions are forming off the coast of Africa,we just need one or two of those to get here in the next month.
Here at home we have been getting lots of thunder showers and the grass is green and growing.

We have only gotten 1 real rain in the past month.   The rest have been thunder storms.  Rain hard one spot nothing 15 miles away.   I have a friend who lives close to the res and she said a few of the storms we got they did not and visa versa.   Really it's what they got up on the hill that counts and if we get a few more we should be OK.  Grass is still pretty brown around here even with the recent rain.
