Marvin Creek

Does anyone know if there is a fishing club for Marvin Run. I am interested in either donating or starting one. It runs along rt 6 between Smethport and Mt Jewett. The creek is awesome filled with holes. I do good there all through may and would like to use it for cleanup and improvement and lunkers. Idk if you got to get a club approved by the state or what? Any info is great
