Got a new pole today

Budget being the first thing in mind I went to Bass Pro today and picked up a Browning 6 Rivers 10'6 noodle rod for my spinning/float set up.   Got it for $79.

They had a short fly tying class so I went to that too.  Also picked up a sweet Under Armour cold weather waterproof jacket at the Outlet mall, regular price $249, on clearance for $57.


Ice fishing tomorrow on Sandy pond or Sackets.

    I'd be hard pressed not to be trying that new rod out, Clint.    Pretty good deals you got. Good luck on the ice, I had a  good day on it today.

    That will fish good Clint.

    Browning makes a good product. I have an 8' fly rod that is on the fast side - and bulletproof.
