Allegheny River

Could anyone tell me if the Allegheny river is high and/or muddy around Emlenton or above that?

    Anyone know how the rivers actually are, without asking our mom?

    The river is still high, it is dropping gradually. As far as clarity, it's still quite dirty but is gaining a greenish color. All in all, it should look really good in a week or so barring any more snow or rain.

    Here is a neat  way to see the river here in Oil City and Oil Creek at Rousville . It is the Army crops cameras for the ice jams and our ice control boom .you can see the river rise and fall and the color .
