I think I'd want a little higher magnification than 2x in a scope, good for a pistol, but....oops you meant tippet
Glad you're staying sane and filling the freezer.   Maybe we can get out and snap some of that rope before you hit the hardwater.

fichy that would be great and with these stupid temps things are not looking good for walking ON water in 3 weeks like past years.
I have some tags to fill and hope more meat to grind up first.
Maybe just maybe then things might slow my wheels down.
Still reeling from the JOB loss deal and now working on 3 houses with any free time which is not much..

However I do think I can get a few days in to open water fish yet.. Really though, I'm looking forward to a Frozen Lake and a warm shanty :)

Now it's bed time

Tuna - nice bambi... looks like a good eater.

Deer season starts next Monday down here in Pa.
We have to abide by antler restrictions (at least 3 points on one side).

Thankfully I have a big patch of private land to hunt.
(I stay clear of the killing fields - a.k.a. State Game Lands - where the orange clad army of nitwits that have no idea of what "positively ID your target and backdrop" means).

Not really concerned about scoring a buck, no time for heavy scouting.

I have two doe tags - like you - my mission is to fill the freezer - can't eat the antlers.

Good luck on filling the remainder of your tags.
