Beagle dogs

Any bunny hunter left in Pa? Had beagles all my life and put down my last great hound this summer at 14 years old ( Scout) but really have not hunted rabbits the last 4 years.Just looking at the empty kennels makes me want another hound or two. In my area the only small gamers hit the GL for the stocked chickens.Hows the rabbit hunting ? To any beaglers out there.

I have a pretty decent hound...when she doesn't jump a deer ~ hopefully got that cured.
Decent amount of bunnies around my area (SE Crawford co)
Might know a guy getting rid of some good running dogs (pretty fast) if you're really interested.

I got one tuna, her name is Molly.  She is pretty good, hasnt run a deer since i rolled her down a hill in a barrel with a deer skin in it.  :)  Just kidding, although i have heard that is what folks like my dad used to do with their hounds.  luckily for me she has never chased a deer, but i always shock collar her anyway, just in case.  shes a good dog,  but rabbits and places to hunt them are getting few and far between.  usually take her out for a few mornings or afternoons in the post christmas season.  we will get a few up, but they often end up in holes pretty quick. i think they might be a little on the nocturnal side.  hawks, owls, coyotes, foxes, bobcats, fishers, and everythign else are heII on them.

Got two out of our family line here. Can still find a rabbit or two with them.

Better too far back, than too far forward.
