Next Saturday

Next Saturday is the pheasant opener in PA.  Although I probably won't get to partake -- I volunteered the mutts for a Yute hunt -- I thought I might get the juices flowing a little by posting some photos of hunts from last season.  All hunts pictured were non-preserve hunts.
 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 
Maybe if the goobers get done early and the Boys get a rest, I can get in an hour or so in the late afternoon (after all PSU doesn't play until 7 PM).

    I usually hit some fields on a local SGL.  I think I may pass this year and archery hunt.  I got hit by shot on the opener last year.

    Had them kinda doggies once upon a time- little hard headed now and again but real birdy. Good dogs.   Nice pictures.
