I'm Slacking Hardcore!!!

I took a ride up to the pineville bridge with my grandma and my daughter cause shes been taking pictures as they keep building cause she practically grew up around the corner from there. But i had to take a picture and show the stupidity that sometimes comes with being in Altmar...

    But Im slacking cause just to the left of the boat launch i seen 3 cohos skimming across some shallow spots going towards the the trestle pool on wednesday night. And i also counted at least 15 salmon in the ladder along with 3 good size brown trout i assume. So im heading out to the river shortly after dinner tonight. Ill post what i see and such.

    Bet that sigh is to keep crooks away from the gear at night. Probably got a pole camera out there someplace.
      Some guys do the same thing on their Deer stands.

    I'm surprised the camera discourages the ninja-like antics of thieves these days.

    Deer stands?? haha - RT - every year in Pa I hear about fights breakin out when Gentleman Joe shows up to his "reserved tree stand spot on state game lands" and notices another hunter sitting a few yards away that arrived at o'dark thirty.
    He then proceeds to attempt defense of his "space".

    Sorry boyz - it don't work that way. Get your azz outta bed earlier, and better yet, take that POS stand with you at the end of each hunt - or don't cry when someone else beats you to your spot or the stand gets stolen.

    yet another reason why I steer clear of the State Game Lands during bambi season.

    Same principle as the spot jumpers on da riva.

    i went back down to pineville between ellis cove and trestle pool. the water is still low so its hard to get a good drift. only seen 2 cohos holding up under a down tree in the water. it was hard to get a drift under the branches, and didnt get one hookup. it definately was fun to get out though.
