ALEXANDRIA, Minn. (AP) - A Minnesota woman who lost her prosthetic leg while swimming in a lake three years ago has been reunited with the lost limb thanks to a Wisconsin angler. Beth Krohn was fishing last month on Lake Ida in Alexandria. She says her line kept snagging on something, and she thought, "I hope it's not a dead body." A KSAX-TV report says her catch turned out to be the prosthetic leg that Pam Riley of Morris lost three years ago. Krohn eventually tracked Riley down and returned the lost limb. Krohn says she's proud of the catch. She says it's like going deer hunting and shooting the biggest buck of all. When I was 5 I had an Uncle with a prosthetic leg. He unstrapped it from his hip and asked me to pull off his shoe. I cried alot....true story.
I don't always snag fish, but when I do... I choose Little Cleos I'm the best looking smartest snagging poacher alive...

 Whip finish is the way to go dUUd. I've never glued bits of fur and feather (let alone thread, hooks, body parts, completed flies, etc.) to myself while whip finishing.

Had the same type of experience with a family friend who lost some toes to a lawn mower.... we were messing around trying to pull off his sock and he told us to quit it or we would pull off his toes.....we pulled off his sock.......I was about 3......
